Recommended Platform Rack for a 2018 Subaru Forester with Raised Side Rails
Question:
Hi, I would like to get a Platform Rack for my 2018 Subaru Forester. I would like to mount it directly to the rails that come on the forester, not add a roof rack [cross bars?] to the roof rack that is already on my car. what platform rack + mounting accessories do I need? The Rack dimensions I would like are around 65 long x 45 wide, but I can be flexible... Thank you!

I have a platform rack for you!
It's the Rhino-Rack Pioneer Platform Rack for Raised Side Rails, part # RR77AB. This rack is a confirmed fit for your 2018 Subaru Forester and measures 60" long x 49" wide. It has the C-channels for mounting other accessories.
It sounds as if you might have factory crossbars already attached to your rails. If you do, you will probably need to take these off of your roof so the platform can use the attachment points.
