Which CE Smith Post Style LED Guide-Ons To Use

Which guide post would be the best for my 1997 Wellcraft Excel 230 Walk Around, would the 40 be sufficient or would the 60 be better.

Which CE Smith Post-Style Guide-Ons with LED Lights for Boat Trailers you'll want to use depends on the height of your boat when it's sitting on the trailer. We don't have craft specific guides for this so you'll want to measure from where you want to install these on the trailer to the top of where the boat sits on it so that you make sure you get something that you can see well. For smaller bass boats that don't sit very high off the water you're typically going to use the 40" tall # CE27740, but after looking at some photos of a 1997 Wellcraft Excel 230 you may end up needing the 60" tall # CE27760.

Your best bet is going to take some measurements since I wasn't able to find any definitive specs on the hull height, but if you don't mind having guide-ons that are a bit tall, then the 60" would work just fine; you just want to be able to see them adequately when loading up.
