I am sorry to hear the fuse blew on your T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector 118366 installed on your 2002 Ford Windstar.
You can replace the fuse using a standard 10-amp fuse.
I recommend double checking the wiring connections from the install, making sure you hooked the power wire to the blue wire on the converter box, and that the ground is securely connected to clean, corrosion free metal.
Did the fuse blow as soon as the harness was connected to the battery?
If so I recommend checking the power wire for any damage where it could have contacted the frame of your vehicle, and replace any damaged wiring if found.
I included a link to a helpful article on wiring for you to take a look at.
