No Damage Weight Distribution and Sway Removable for Multiple Campers
Question:
Hello I’m hoping for some advice on what my best option would be. I transport campers all over the country for a living, I tow many different brands, makes and models, it’s completely different each and every day. I’m needing a class lll receiver hitch with at least a 10,000 rating and I prefer a Curt brand, I’ve been looking at some with a 14,000 pound rating but there is so many different options available I’m hoping for some advice or suggestions on what would be more user friendly which ever job comes up for me, And of coarse it has to have the weight distribution bars as well, as for the sway control i actually don’t use because i can’t damage the unit I have in tow Any help would be greatly appreciated

The Curt TruTrack Weight Distribution System # C17500 is a great option for you. It is rated for 10,000lbs which will be fine for your application because generally most campers have a dry weight well below this. This hitch system will give you sway control that will not cause any damage to the camper. The brackets bolt around the A-Frame of the trailer with no drilling required. This will make traveling those long distances all across the country much safer and easier for you. And since you work with various different campers I would suggest Frame Brackets # C17516 to allow you to use the hitch with campers that have up to a 10" frame.
