Best Trailer Tire in Size ST205/75-14 Load Range D

Question:

We have a 2013 Forest River Rockwood Mini Lite travel trailer - the tires are at least 8 years old and need replacement. The current tires are ST205/75R14C I would like to upgrade the tire and rim to load range D without busting the bank, yet have a good tire that will last us at least the normal 5 years and be safe on the road. Retired and on a budget,
