In order to flat tow your 2021 Jeep Wrangler you will need a tow bar, base plates, safety cables, wiring kit, and supplemental braking system. You will also want to make sure your tow vehicle has a brake controller, a 2" trailer hitch receiver, and a 7 way trailer connector; if you do not have these things then you can provide your vehicle's year, make, and model and I can provide you with the necessary items. For the base plates you will want to go with Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit # RM-521453-5 which will simply bolt onto the front of your Jeep. For the tow bar you can use Roadmaster Falcon 2 Tow Bar - Motorhome Mount - 6,000 lbs # RM-520 which will fit the base plates and then connect to the tow vehicle's 2" receiver. You will then need RoadMaster 68" Single Hook, Coiled Safety Cables - 6,000 lbs # RM-643.
In order for your Jeep's lights to function according to the tow vehicle's lights, you will need a wiring kit; I recommend Road Master Towed Car 4 Diodes RV Plug to 6-Wire Socket Flexo Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267. This plugs into your tow vehicle's 7 way connector and then splices into the Jeep's tail light wiring. Lastly, you will want a supplemental braking system which will allow the Jeep to brake itself instead of relying on the tow vehicle's brakes to stop both vehicles. I recommend the Roadmaster Even Brake Portable Supplemental Braking System - Proportional # RM-9400 which is a very popular and easy-to-use system.
I have attached demonstration/installation videos for you to check out which show how to use the products mentioned above. It is really not that difficult to install these products, however, if you are wanting to find an installer near you then I would find a reputable auto repair shop or a trailer shop to install these products for you.
