Is Welding Required for Installation of Reese Friction Sway Control Kit

Can you tell me if this product requires welding, or can be installed with just hand tools? Thank you: Reese Friction Sway Control Kit - Economy - by Draw-Tite, Reese and Hidden Hitch Item # 83660

The Sway Control Kit # 83660 can be welded but is not necessary. A drill would be required for the self tapping screws that are included with this kit. If you don't have the sway ball mount for your receiver I recommend our Sway-Control Bracket # RP26003 as well. It attaches to your 2" receiver and will accommodate a hitch ball diameter up to 1".
