The best option for a roof rack for a camper is to use the Thule TracRac CapRac Ladder Rack for Camper Shell/Truck Cap, part # TH29200XT. It permanently bolts to your roof and can be placed anywhere. The two crossbars are aero-style, making them compatible with most accessories. The bars are 69" long.
One thing to keep in mind when mounting these to a tear camper, though, is to try to get them as even as possible.
