We have several options and I am going to start by recommending the one I feel is most likely to work best for your application. The Gen-Y Hitch Shock Absorbing 5th Wheel to Gooseneck Adapter Pin Box # 325-GH-8045.This will replace your current Pin Box and will not void any of your manufacturer warranty. It is rated for 21,000lbs which meets your campers needs. You will have to ensure that your camper uses a Lippert 1621 bolt pattern for this option. There is a sticker on the pin box that will tell you this.

A more economical option would be Ranch Hitch Universal 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Coupler # AM3139. This is a nice option as it is the simplest to install and is height adjustable. For this your measurement from gooseneck ball to pin box will need to be between 11-3/4" and 14-3/4". If you are looking for an older camper where manufacturer warranty is not an issue this will be a great option.

The lift may or may not be an issue for you depending on the camper. You can figure out the height of your 2007 Ford F250 bed rails and compare that to the raised portion of the 5th wheel when it is sitting level to the ground. Good rule of thumb is at least 6" clearance between the 5th wheel and truck. Also due to the short bed you will not be able to do complete Jack-knife turns if necessary. The distance from your hitch to the cab of your truck is about 39". Your option to get past this issue would be to get a sliding 5th wheel hitch.

I hope this information gives you a good idea of the additional information that is required to make sure you get exactly what you need. If you run into any issues please let us know.
