I'd be happy to help you with that. For the underbed rail system, you'd use the Reese # RP30868. The
# RP30061 you'd looked at is for the previous generation truck, and wouldn't work on your 2015 Sierra 3500.

The puck layout is the same as what Ford uses, so you can just choose a Curt 5th wheel hitch for the Ford puck system and it'll work great. I see that you'd looked at the Curt Q24 # C16245 which is a great choice. In order to fit the pucks provided by the Reese # RP30868 underbed rail kit, you'd want to use a different version of that hitch, the Curt # C16036.This is what I'd suggest for a long bed truck.

If you have a short bed, you'll want to use a sliding hitch unless the front corners of your 5th wheel are dished in to prevent them from contacting the truck cab during turns. For the sliding version of the hitch I recommended, use part # C16545-16020.

If you wanted to install a 7-way trailer connector in the truck bed so you don't need to run the trailer connector up over the tailgate, you can install one using part # C56000.

I've linked to some product videos that you might find helpful.
