What specific questions do you have?
There are three types of taillight wiring options for the 2015 Wrangler Unlimited.
What we typically recommend is a diode system like the Roadmaster Diode Kit, part # RM-152-98146-7. This is a permanently mounted system that provides everything necessary to set up your Wrangler Unlimited so it's taillights operate in tandem with the taillights of the tow vehicle. The included umbilical includes extra circuits which can be used for a battery charge line kit like # RM-156-25 which would keep the battery topped off while towing. The remaining circuit could be used for a monitor in the cab of the tow vehicle that's used by some supplemental braking system to alert you when the towed vehicle brakes are being applied.
A second type of system is a plug and play type like the Hopkins # HM56200. This system is easy to install, but lacks the umblilical with the extra capacity. In order to upgrade it, you'll need to cut off the 4 pole plug, and use the plug/socket and bracket provided with a kit like the # RM-98146-7.
A third option would be a magnetic mount light kit like # RM-2120 which would completely bypass the Jeep's wiring. These are very easy to set up, but many folks find managing the wires running back to the lights to be a pain. They'll start out with this solution, but eventually upgrade to one of the systems mentioned above.
I've linked to installation videos for the products mentioned above. I hope the information above addressed your specific question, but it if did not, let me know and I'd be happy to help further.
