We have not had a chance to install a vehicle wiring harness on a 2021 Toyota Venza yet, but the harnesses for your vehicle are a splice in harness that we have installed quite a few of.

Out of the available harness I recommend the Curt Powered Tail Light Converter with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C59236 which will get connected to your factory wiring by the included quick splices, and will use a dedicated power wire run directly to the vehicle's battery with the included fuse to protect the factory wiring from damage.

I included a video of the # C59236 being installed on a different vehicle to give you an idea what the installation will look like.
