Can Top of CE Smith Swivel Bracket be Tightened to Keep Them at Angle

Hi Can the adjustable swivel part at the top of Item # CE10002G-4 be tightened down to stay at a certain angle or does it not have that capability?

The top of the swivel bracket is not something that can be tightened to completely stop the swivel for the CE Smith Bolster and Swivel Bracket Assemblies # CE10002G-4.

So there is always going to be some swivel in these brackets to ensure that they are always at the correct angle when being loaded. I also wanted to mention that to install these brackets you will need U-bolts, the CE Smith U-Bolts # CE15283GA-4.
