Because the frame of a cab/chassis truck is narrower than that of a 'regular' pickup, you won't be able to use a standard 5th wheel mount such as what the # C16115 would use. The specifics of how you'll attach the hitch will vary according to the nature of the bed and how it's constructed, and will require fabrication work so we don't have specific instructions.
Reese makes a 5th wheel hitch for this purpose, part # RP30054. The hitch is designed to be mounted approximately 4 inches forward of the rear truck axle. The hitch is bolted to the bed using (4) 5/8 inch bolts that pass through the bed and bolt to a piece of 1/2 inch thick steel plate that must be welded to brackets that have been fabricated and bolted to the truck frame. This is not what I'd consider a do-it-yourself installation.
I've linked to a product description video for the hitch and to the installation instructions.
