B and W Tow N Stow Ball Mount for Tow Setup that Needs 6-1/2 inch Drop

Question:

I need some advice helping a hitch. I have a 2020 F-150 with tow package already installed. I mainly pull a 6x12 dove tail trailer single axle with a 3-seater Ranger. I’ve measured from level ground to the bottom of the coupler with the trailer level and get 14”. From level ground to the top of my receiver is roughly 20.5”. What size would you all recommend? I’m looking at the BandW Tow and Stow in either the 3” or 5” but am open to other recommendations. I just don’t want it to hang down to low. Thanks for your help.

Based on the measurements you took the amount of drop you'd need to tow your trailer level would be 6-1/2 inches so for a B and W Tow n Stow that can provide that much drop you'd want the part # BWTS10040B for a two ball design or the part # BWTS10049B for a three ball setup.
