I would be happy to help!
Starting with the trailer hitch receiver I recommend the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Matte Black Finish - Class III - 2" # e98842 which is confirmed to fit your customer's 2019 Ford Transit T250 and is a great choice due to its tough matte black powder coated finish, and since it has 900lb tongue weight rating and 6000lb trailer weight rating. Using a weight distribution system will change the trailer weight rating to 8000lbs but the tongue weight rating will stay the same at 900lbs. You will want to make sure to have your customer check the owner's manual of their T250 to confirm their towing capacity and use the lower rating between the hitch and vehicle.
Moving on to the 7-way connector you will need the Curt T-Connector # C56327 and the # ETBC7 kit. This will come with everything you need to wire up a 7-way, including the necessary wires for a brake controller.
Lastly for a trailer brake controller I recommend the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 # 90195 due to it being an extremely reliable trailer brake controller, having an easy to read LCD screen, and the built in diagnostics that are easy to read and understand.
I included videos for each of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
