For your 2011 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 Duramax I recommend the Reese Quick-Install Custom Installation Kit w/ Base Rails for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # RP50066-58 which will give you above bed industry standard rails to install a 5th wheel hitch.
I was not able to find any information on a Reese Quick Release 5th Wheel Hitch, but as along as it uses industry standard rails it will fit the # RP50066-58 perfectly.
I included a video of the # RP50066-58 being installed in a similar 2011 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 for you to take a look at.
