Troubleshooting Hitch Install Bolts that Wont Thread In

I am not totally sure what you are trying to install that is having issues with the bolts fitting but if it's a weld nut on vehicle that you can't get hitch hardware to thread into it's rust/dirt in the threads that need to be cleaned out. This is VERY common unfortunately. The quickest and most efficient way to address it is to use a thread tap.
