I would be happy to recommend a Tow Bar for your 2021 Jeep Wrangler 4 Door, but the tow bar is specific to the base plate kit you use.
Starting with the base plate kit I recommend the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit # RM-521453-5 which is confirmed to fit your 2021 Jeep Wrangler as long as you have the factory steel or plastic bumper, and will allow you to use the Roadmaster Falcon All Terrain, Non-Binding Tow Bar - Motorhome Mount - 2" Hitch - 6,000 lbs # RM-522 which is perfect for your Wrangler due to the non-binding arms that allow you to unhook your vehicle when you are done flat towing even on un-even ground.
You will still need a few more products to complete your flat towing setup. My recommendations are as follows:
