Is There a Class II Trailer Hitch for a 2014 Honda Accord
Question:
I want a class 2 for my 2014 accord, cause I need more than 200 lbs tongue for more cargo platform capacity.

Expert Reply:
I do have options for you but the only available trailer hitch options for a 2014 Honda Accord are class I, the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C11681 is what I recommend. This hitch has a 2,000 lb gross trailer weight rating and a 200 lb tongue weight rating. There isn't a higher rated option not that this would matter as you have to abide by vehicle capacities as well which would not likely exceed the above ratings. The 17x46 Curt Cargo Carrier part # C18145 is what I recommend for a cargo carrier as it only weighs 29 lbs. This will give you about 130 lbs for gear.
