Can I Tilt Hanging Style Bike Racks With The Bikes Installed?

Hi, Im looking for a hitch rack for my 2015 Lexus RX450h SUV. With the Thule Hitching Post Pro, can you tilt the rack to gain access to the trunk when there are bikes on the rack? At most two. Thanks.

Hanging style bike racks like the Hitching Post Pro # TH934XTR have the tilt away feature but it's meant to be used without the bikes loaded. If you wanted a hanging style bike rack with the ability to access your rear hatch, you'll need something like the Thule Apex Swing # TH9027XT. The only other option is to get this swing away adapter # SAR36VR which can be used with multiple bike racks along with a cargo carrier. The weight capacity of the swing away is 250 lbs.
