You may be able to flat tow your 2018 Ford F-150 that has a golf cart in the bed with a 6000lb tow bar like the Roadmaster Falcon 2 Tow Bar - Motorhome Mount - 2" Hitch - 6,000 lbs # RM-520 you were looking at, but it will really depend on the exact weight of your F-150 and the golf cart.

2018 F-150s weigh between 4070-5700lbs depending on the options and if it is a crew cab or not.

A safer option is to go ahead and move up to a tow bar better suited for a full size truck like the Roadmaster Sterling All Terrain, Non-Binding Tow Bar - Motorhome Mount - 2" Hitch - 8K # RM-576 which has a 8000lb weight limit which will be plenty for you truck and golf cart while still being a decent amount below the maximum weight.
