I am sorry to hear you are having an issue after installing the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118727 on your 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee.

Since you are only having an issue with the driver side trail light function I recommend removing your driver side tail light and double checking that the connector plugged in between the tail light and factory wiring harness is secured and didn't come loose.

If that checks out I recommend double checking that your ground wire is secured snugly to bare corrosion free metal.

If it is still not working correctly I recommend using a circuit tester like # PTW2993 to check the yellow wire coming from the tail light to the module to see if it has power, and then check if you have power on the yellow wire coming out of the module. This will just make sure that your tester is not damaged and just showing that you do not have power when you really do.

I included a video of the # 118727 being installed on a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee and a link to a helpful article on troubleshooting wiring issues with a 4-way connector
