Building a Deck-Over Trailer

I want to make a 7-foot wide over-deck trailer what size axles do I need to come close to. is there a chart on the internet

I am not aware of any internet charts or resources for building Deck-Over style trailers. They are pretty rare so if you want one I guess you probably will have to build it. The maximum allowed trailer width is 102". Assuming your axle cap sticks out no further than the tires you would be looking at something near 102".

We do not have axles near the length that you want. For your custom application, I recommend the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System - Spindle w/ Brake Flange - Regular Tires - 7K # TASR7KS01 which will allow you to simply add a 2 inch square tube cut to whatever length you need to integrate into the holes of this suspension system. This system is able to be used in tandem applications if desired and has the EZ lube spindles.

The Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly - 5,200-lb to 7,000-lb E-Z Lube Axles - 12" - 8 on 6-1/2 # 42866UC3-EZ will work with these spindles and you will also need the brake assemblies # 23-464-465.
