Which Inverter Charger Should I Use For My Keystone Montana RV?

Question:

So I bought the redarc bcdc 1250 from you guys for my soon to arrive Keystone Montana 5th wheeler. Once here I will hook all up and add 3 x 200a or 2 x 300a lithium bats. I will also add 4 x 175 flex solar panels. Question do I just connect the panels to the green wire in bcdc? My next question is hybrid inverter. Next. 5er comes with a converter and no inverter I have the RV fridge so no inverter included. I will remove inverter and want a hybrid inverter with built in transfer switch. I can then use white power to charge nats, or use bats to power 5er if no solar or shore What inverter do I need? I can’t see a wiring diagram in your website to connect into bats and bcdc box? Many thanks

The yellow wire is the wire that connects to the solar panels. I have attached a detailed wiring diagram and demonstration video for the Redarc In-Vehicle BCDC Battery Charger - Dual Input - DC to DC - 12V/24V - 50 Amp # 331-BCDC1250D.

In regard to an inverter/charger with a built-in transfer switch, I recommend going with Go Power Industrial Pure Sine Wave Inverter Charger - 2,000 Watts - 100 Amps - 12V # 34280055 and Installation Kit # 342GPDCKIT4. If you need more than 2,000 watts, use Go Power Industrial Pure Sine Wave Inverter Charger - 3,000 Watts - 100 Amps - 12V # 34275013 with Installation Kit # 342GPDCKIT5. These inverters will wire to your battery pack in parallel. Installation instructions are included with each kit; you can also view the full instructions towards the bottom of the product page for the inverters. I have attached videos for each product.
