There is a front mounted trailer hitch that fits a 2019 Ram 1500, so long as it does not have the front tow hooks. The Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver # 65081 will fit all models of 2019 Ram 1500 according to the manufacturer.
