Tow Bar/Base Plate Kit Solution for 2007 Jeep Wrangler with D-Rings On Custom Bumper

I am looking for a tow bar compatible with a 2007 jeep wrangler with a custom bumper. D-rings 30.5 apart.

Since your bumper has D-rings you have a coupler options for a base plate kit adapter. If the D-rings are 3/4 inch thick you'd want the part # RM-035 or if they are 1 inch thick you'd want the part # RM-035-1. Then you can use a Roadmaster tow bar like the Falcon All Terrain part # RM-522.
