The Solara Screen Rooms would attach to the ground using stakes that are included with the screen room. Solara doesn't list a specific wind speed at which point the screen room would be in danger, but if the wind kicks up to the point where the screen room and the awning is moving quite a bit, you'd want to take the screen room down and retract the awning to prevent damage. A 40 mph wind would certainly damage the screen room as well as the awning.

The Solara # LC362219 screen room is designed for Solera Classic, Hybrid, and Solera 12V power awnings
Carefree Fiesta, Spirit, Pioneer manual, Traveler, and Eclipse 12V power awnings, Dometic Sunchaser, 8500 manual, Weather Pro, and 9100 series 12V power awnings that are 16 feet in length.

The screen rooms do have a door, as shown in the provided photo.
