While we usually recommend to get matching base plates and tow bars, since there are no blue ox base plates for your 2013 Ford F-150 I understand wanting a workaround so you can still use your Blue Ox tow bar # BX7380.
I have a solution for you! First, for your 2013 Ford F-150 FX4 -without Ecoboost, the Roadmaster Crossbar-Style Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # 495-1A is a fit. The crossbar style on this base plate is more versatile since it's the "classic" base plate design. The other Roadmaster # 495-3A is an awesome hidden base plate, but it is part of the MX Series which is not compatible with adapters.
Which leads us to Roadmaster to Blue Ox base plate adapters. I recommend # RM-032 as the best fit for you. The # RM-032 works better with removeable arms which your Roadmaster base plates have, while # RM-033 is best for base plates with nonremovable arms.. Both will still do the job though and allow you to use your Blue Ox Alpha 2 tow bar with your Roadmaster Base Plates # 495-1A on your 2013 Ford F-150 FX4 -without Ecoboost.
