The outer casing of the Demco Hydraulic Brake Actuator - Drum - Primed - 12" Adjustable Channel Down - 20,000 lbs, part # DM8203332, measures at 19-3/4" long (just 1/4" off of yours) x 4-1/2" wide and 6" tall. It looks like this fits your current one almost perfectly (it's easy to be off 1/4" in measurements).
If you have any other questions, please let me know and I will help you further.
