I am not sure what size tire you currently have on your PJ Utility trailer, but since it has a GVWR of 2995lbs a load range C tire should be fine as they typically have a load rating of 1800lbs, meaning the capacity of two tires combined is 3600lbs which is just over 600lbs above the GVWR of your trailer.
If your tires are in bad shape and need to be replaced, the Karrier ST205/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire - Load Range C # AM10244 would be a good option as long as you currently have 205/75R15 tires. The # AM10244 has a load rating of 1820lbs at 50 PSI which would be perfect for your intended use.
You could also go with a load range D tire like the Provider ST205/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire - Load Range D # TR20515D which has a load rating of 2150lbs at 65 PSI.
Keep in mind that using a tire with a higher load rating will not increase the trailers GVWR, but will have less heat in the tire due to the tire being used at percentage of its maximum load rating.
If you have a different tire size currently just let me know.
I included videos for each of the tires mentioned for you to take a look at.
