Since your Adventurer has a trailer hitch receiver rated for 5000lbs, if your F-150 exceeds that you will need to reach out to Winnebago to find out if there is a heavier duty trailer hitch receiver option for you.

Moving on to the components need to flat tow, you will need a base plate kit, tow bar, safety cables, tow bar wiring, and a supplemental braking system.

Starting with a Roadmaster option I recommend Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # RM-524431-5 which will pair up perfectly with the Roadmaster BlackHawk 2 All Terrain, Non-Binding Tow Bar - Motorhome Mount - 2" Hitch - 10K # RM-422. You will also need the Roadmaster 64" Single Hook, Straight Safety Cables - 8,000 lbs # RM-645.

For a Blue Ox option I recommend the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # BO74FR which will pair up nicely with the Blue Ox Avail Tow Bar - Motorhome Mount # BX7420 which includes safety cables from having to purchase them separately.

The reason for a different style cord is that the Blackhawk 2 has channels for the cord to run through to keep it from dragging on the ground, while the Avail does not meaning a coiled option is best.

Since the cost of both systems in pretty close, I recommend the Roadmaster option due to the Blackhawk 2 having non binding arms allowing you to unhook your vehicle from your RV even when you are parked on un-even ground.

Lastly for a supplemental braking system I recommend the Blue Ox Patriot # BLU37TR due to its easy install and since it is completely removed when you are done flat towing it can be used in multiple different vehicles.
