I have a solution for you, but unfortunately those two vehicles have different frames so the htiches are not going to be cross compatible and you won't be able to put a hitch from a 2007 Explorer Sport Trac on a 2003 Explorer. If you need a hitch for your 2003 Ford Explorer then I recommend using the Curt # C13550, which will provide you with a 2" receiver that's perfect for towing or carrying hitch mounted accessories.
I've linked an installation video of this hitch for you to check out, as well as our entire selection of trailer wiring harnesses designed to fit a 2003 Explorer and our selection of ball mounts and hitch balls.
