Recommended Solution to Reduce Hitch on 2020 Lincoln Corsair From 2" to 1-1/4"
Question:
Need help in deciding which hitch adapter/reducer to get for my 2020 Lincoln Corsair for bike rack use. Got a 2 OEM hitch on it and want to reduce to a 1 1/4 inch. Id like USA made. The one you offer with the 4 inch pin hole to pin hole spacing is what Id like so the bikes arent cantilevered off the car too far, but not sure how to know if that would extend far enough to minimize issues with the car. Both my racks will rotate down so the hatch will open, but are their other issues I should consider? Recommendations?

I have a solution for you, but I don't recommend using any adapter that extends the hitch away from the vehicle similarly to the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver Adapter - 2" (Class III) to 1-1/4" - 4" Long # C45770 since those will reduce the tongue weight capacity of your hitch by 50%.
Instead, I recommend using the Hitch Reducer 2" to 1-1/4" Trailer Hitch Receiver # HT02, which won't reduce the tongue weight capacity but will still reduce the 2" receiver down to a 1-1/4". This will allow you to use your bike racks that tilt away from the vehicle and still allow you to open the rear hatch.
I've linked a review video of this reducer for you to check out, but this would be my recommendation
