While you can add a tonneau cover and roof rack to your 2020 Honda Ridgeline, there are no ladder rack options available for this truck because the bed doesn't have the needed length. So the best option would be to add a tonneau cover and roof rack system to your Ridgeline. Let's start with the roof rack, and for that I recommend the option from Thule because they are extremely quiet, easy to use, and highly durable.
The WingBar Evo crossbars are so quiet because they are aerodynamic with specially designed rubber strips atop the bars which direct the air flow to minimize wind noise. The bars are simple to use because they have "QuickAccess" strips in their top channel, so to mount an accessory all you have to do is twist the end caps up and slide your accessory right in. They are also so durable that they come with a lifetime warranty. The correct fit will depend on if you have a naked roof or raised side rails on your 2020 Ridgeline.
Raised Side Rails
- Thule WingBar Evo Crossbars - Silver # TH711500 or Black # TH711520
- Evo Raised Rail Feet for Thule Crossbars - Factory Raised Rails # TH710401
Naked Roof
- Thule WingBar Evo Crossbars - Silver # TH711500 or Black # TH711520
- Evo Clamp Feet for Thule Crossbars # TH710501
- Fit Kit for Thule Evo Clamp Roof Rack Feet # TH79RV
Then for a tonneau cover for your 2020 Ridgeline I highly recommend the TruXedo Sentry CT Hard Tonneau Cover # TX1530616.
The Sentry is an extremely unique tonneau cover that is a hybrid design of both a hard and soft tonneau. It rolls up for ease of use like a soft tonneau cover but has aluminum slats bonded to its vinyl for the strength of a hard tonneau cover, giving you the best of both worlds. The Sentry is also very low-profile, sitting only 1/2" above bed rails for a more streamlined look.
