Towing Capacity of 2016 Winnebago Forza 36G Motorhome
Question:
Is it possible to convert the maximum towing capacity from the 5,000 lb. recommend rating to a greater 10,000 lb. rating by changing the factory towing hitch to a hitch that’s rated for 10,000 lbs?

From my research, I found that the maximum towing capacity is listed as 5000 lbs.
I'd recommend checking with Winnebago to see what the actual towing capacity of the motorhome is. If the actual towing capacity is indeed greater than 5000 lbs, you can increase that capacity by going with a higher rated hitch, however whichever hitch you use, you'll still need to abide by the actual towing capacity of the vehicle.
We do offer some multi-fit hitches for motorhomes, but their capacities all top out at 5000 lbs.
