Regarding the used Thule # TH9058 two-bike rack, I wanted to let you know that "used" means it was assembled and found to not be what our previous customer needed so they returned it. All the original parts will be present and it will arrive in a box, but not necessarily the original box. This rack was made in the USA and has the full manufacturers warranty, which is this case is a Limited Life Time Warranty.
For this rack the following condition notes are provided: Surface Scratches. Bike rack has been assembled. It has light assembly marks around the bolt holes on shank. All parts are present and rack is otherwise like new and unused.
