Recommended Axle To Replace Older Mobile Home Axle

Thank you for the pictures!
The pictures show that your current hubs and wheels are for a mobile home, and are generally designed for one time use making finding replacement parts extremely difficult if possible at all.
I recommend replacing your current axle(s) with a standard spindle to allow you an easier time finding replacement parts now and in the future.
The two axle replacement options are a standard axle like the Dexter Trailer Axle # T3584F-EZ-8974, or an axle-less option like the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System - Straight Spindle Only # ASR3500S05.
To determine the correct standard axle to replace your mobile home axle you will need to know the hub face to hub face, and spring center to spring center measurements of your current axle as shown in the included diagram. Of these measurements the hub face to hub face measurement is the most important as the spring centers can be removed and moved to the correct location if needed.
For example the Dexter # T3584F-EZ-8974 has a hub face to hub face measurement of 89", and a spring center to spring center measurement of 74", so if these measurements match your current axle this would be a great option.
The option I recommend is the Timbren # ASR3500S05 which bolts directly to your trailer frame, and will not require you to worry about the axle measurements. This option has a 3500lb weight capacity, and would use Brake Assemblies # AKEBRK-35-SA, Hub and Drum Assemblies # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K, and Mounting Hardware # BRKH10B.
I included videos for each of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
