How Is the 24x84 etrailer Cargo Carrier for RV Bumper Secured While Folded Up

I installed the 85 inch rv bumper cargo carrier and it appears no way to secure the carrier in the folded position the pin to hold it in down position does not work for folded up position. Am I missing something? Thanks

The 24x84 etrailer Cargo Carrier for RV Bumper part # e96ZR can be secured in the folded up position. There are two standoff brackets on top of the bumper brackets which will line up with the vertical supports on the side rails of the carrier. They will actually drop into the slot between the standoffs and then are locked into place with the pins. I have attached a photo which shows this.
