Availability Of Wiring Adapter To Install Redarc Tow Pro Elite V3 In 2020 Toyota Land Cruiser
Question:
Hello I own a 2020 Toyota Landcruiser VX VDJ200 and I am interested in a plug n play harness to connect a Redarc Tow Pro Elite V3 to my vehicle. My vehicle is a V8 Diesel. Do you have such a vehicle specific harness for me? Cheers Das

As long as your 2020 Toyota Land Cruiser VX VDJ200 has a factory 7-way connector you will be able to use the Tekonsha Custom Wiring Adapter for Trailer Brake Controllers # 3040-P and # 331-TPH-017 which will plug into the factory trailer brake connector under your vehicles dash.
This will give you the connector needed to plug directly into the Redarc Tow-Pro Elite Trailer Brake Controller # RED44FR you were looking at.
If your Land Cruiser does not have the the factory 7-way connector you will need to splice the harness of the # RED44FR to your vehicle making the following connections:
Red wire going to the cold side of your brake switch
Black wire to the battery of the vehicle with a 30 amp circuit breaker, you can use # 331-CBK30-EB which includes the wire and circuit breaker needed.
Blue wire to the trailer brake wire on your 7-way connector
White wire to ground.
I included a video for each of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
