Can Aries Automotive Seat Defender Bench Seat Protector # AA3147G be Used with Baby Seat

Question:

Is this compatible with 2 baby car seats? I have a 2019 ram, so it has the steel U hooks to receive the baby car seat clips to hold the baby car seat in place. Also, do you make one where the one side can fold up for the 1/3 seat? In the 2019 and newr Ram 1500, the seat in the back folds up, not down. We have two kids to sit in the middle and on one side and a dog to sit on the other side and want to fold up the seat so the dog sits on the floor. See pics.
