Does The Reese Installation Kit for my 2003 Chevy Silverado RP50064-58 Work with RBW Hitches?

I have the lil Rocker 16k hitch from my old truck I want to use on the 2003 Silverado. Will these rails work for RBW or only Reese hitches? Thanks.
