The Electric Trailer Brake Kit -Left Hand # AKEBRK-35L you were looking at and the matching Right Hand # AKEBRK-35R do not include the hub and drum assembly or mounting hardware.
These brakes are designed for trailers with 3500lb axles and all of the options were offer use inner bearing # L68149, and outer bearing # L44649.
You will need to confirm that your axles use these bearings by pulling on drum and checking which number is stamped on the face of the bearing as shown in the included picture, or using digital calipers like # PTW80157 to measure your spindle according to the included diagram. The inner bearing area should measure 1.378", and the outer bearing area should measure 1.063".
There are a few different bolt pattern options for the drums, with the most common being the 5 on 4-1/2" found on the Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K. I included an article that will walk you through how to measure your wheels to determine your bolt pattern.
For mounting hardware to install the brake assemblies you will need # BRKH10B.
I included videos for all of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
