I'm recommending the Let's Go Aero # LGA77FR rack which is designed to be mounted onto a motorhome's Class III trailer hitch with a 2" receiver, such as the hitch that came installed from the factory on your 2017 Winnebago Sightseer.

This rack can safely hold two e-bikes with many different styles of frames that have individual bike weights of 75 lbs.
