While there is not a 2" trailer hitch available for the 2020 Toyota Camry, we may have a workaround for you.
The Curt Hitch for you vehicle, part # C11527 is a Class I hitch that can carry accessories with 1-1/4" receivers (200 pounds of tongue weight and 2,000 pounds of towing). I've linked to a video installation for your reference.
There are a wide variety of 1-1/4" hitch-mounted accessories like bike racks and cargo baskets. However, if you already have one that is 2", you can use an adapter like the Brophy Hitch Adapter, part # HTAD. This expands the receiver for 2" accessories.
Of course, this reduces the tongue weight by 50% and can't be used for towing. You would be at 100 pounds of tongue weight capacity, there are still plenty of bike racks and other accessories you can use. I've linked to a video review of this adapter for you to look at.
A better solution would be to replace your accessory with one that is compatible with the 1-1/4" hitch size, then you could maintain your 200 pound capacity. Curt requires the Support Strap # 18050 for all non-supported loads like bike racks and cargo carriers. Also, please note that you are limited to carrying only 2 bikes on a class one hitch, even if your bike rack would hold more. It cannot withstand the extra leverage that the 3rd and 4th bikes put on the hitch being farther out away from the vehicle.
