Question:
Looking to purchase a Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution System w/ 4-Point Sway Control - 12,000 lbs GTW, 1,200 lbs TW. Going to be towing a Sunline 26ft with a 2019 Ram 1500. Just want to make sure this is going to work.

At first glance, it looks like the Equal-i-zer WD system you were considering # EQ37120ET is a little stronger than what you need in a weight distribution hitch. This system may require considerable spring bar adjustment to set up correctly, and will likely ride stiffer than a system that's designed to pull a shorter, lighter trailer.
I've attached an article that details several methods for you to determine your loaded tongue weight. I do recommend that you determine this before you purchase your WD system. 26 foot travel trailers typically range in weight from 3800 to 5800 pounds (with tongue weights respectively about 10% to 15% of those numbers, or 380-840 lbs.), so no matter which way your tongue weight leans on this spectrum, discovering this weight will inform your decision further.
My best recommendation once you have this information is to choose the system that matches your trailer's loaded tongue weight the best. I've narrowed down two options you might consider:
If your loaded tongue weight tends toward the larger end of the spectrum of average trailer weights for 26 ft trailers (for example, 750 lbs.), then consider the Equal-i-zer # EQ37101ET with a 10K lbs. GTW / 1000 lbs. TW setup.
If your loaded tongue weight is more on the lighter side (for example, 420 lbs.), then consider a WD hitch with a smaller profile, such as the Equal-i-zer # EQ37061ET with a 6K lbs. GTW / 600 lbs. TW setup.
Either way, if you choose a system more in line with the specs of your trailer's loaded tongue weight, you'll notice that there will be less spring bar adjustment during installation, and less risk of any unnecessary bounce that you might encounter with a stronger system pulling a lighter load.
We've reviewed Equal-i-zer's systems as the best overall when choosing a weight distribution hitch; all of the features and operation Equal-i-zer provides are excellent, no matter which profile you end up choosing. These hitches will do a great job of keeping your Sunline's load balanced while working hard to eliminate sway as you drive. I've also linked an install video and three helpful articles that should help your installation and set-up process.
