what bracket kit and what turnbuckle kit. I have limited tools and even more limited mechanical aptitude. 2007 chevy silverado extended 4x4

The Camper Hold Downs, # HSSF, is a fairly universal kit and will fit your 2007 Chevy Silverado if it is not a step side bed, double wall bed, or a dually. You would use hardware package # TDHP also. Installation is not very difficult or involved as you can see in the installation instructions I have linked for you.
