Congratulations on your new Elkhart! I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble getting your Greystone fireplace to work.

There are troubleshooting steps you can take to try to get your fireplace working again. The manufacturer recommends unplugging the appliance for ten minutes, and then plugging it back in and trying again. There's a built-in safety sensor in the fireplace that can activate if there is an electrical issue happening internally, for example, the appliance overheated while operating. When this sensor is activated, it shuts down the appliance, and the only way to reset it is to leave it unplugged Naturally, heat does pull amps, so it's not unusual for this to occasionally cause an issue, although there is never a good time for that to happen!

There is also the chance that the appliance itself has simply shorted out, in which case you'll either need to have it serviced at a local repair shop, or replace it.
