Trucks with short beds will require a “slider” type fifth wheel hitch (Like the Reese slider you have) or a rotating turret style pin box like the Reese # RP61422, which is rated for 16,000 pounds. This Sidewinder also features air cushioning that will make for a significantly smoother ride with less chucking and better clearance at your truck rails.

The photo you sent identifies your current pin box as having a 1621 bolt pattern. Likewise, the Sidewinder I have recommended has the same pattern so will will be a perfect fit for your trailer.

Finally, we do not ship to Australia. You need a friend in the US that could purchase the hitch and ship it to you, or contact a freight forwarding company.
