I would be happy to recommend the parts needed to add electric brakes and new bearings on your 2010 Stehl ST80TD Tow Dolly, but first I will need you to confirm which bearings your spindle uses and if you already have a brake mounting flange installed.
I reached out to Stehl with the VIN number you provided for your 2010 Stehl ST80TD Tow dolly and they were unable to provide any information on which bearings your dolly uses.
I recommend removing the hub from one of the spindles, and checking the number stamped on the bearing as shown in the included picture of the # L44649. If your bearings are worn to the point that the bearing numbers are not readable, you will need to use digital calipers like # PTW80157 to measure your spindle according to the included diagram.
Stehl also mentioned that your trailer should have a 4-bolt brake mounting flange already installed, but you will want to confirm this. The flange is located behind the hub and should resemble the # DM52415 which I included a picture of.
If you can provide the bearing numbers or spindle measurements, and confirm if you already have the brake mounting flange I will be able to recommend the correct hub and drum assembly and brake assembly your spindles require.
I included a helpful article on adding electric trailer brakes for you to take a look at.
